To sponsor a product, you need at least 1 stock of it on the Vendor Center.

No Charge for Impressions: You are generally not charged for simply displaying your ad (impressions). You only pay when a customer clicks on your product.
You Set Your Maximum Bid: When creating a campaign, you will set the maximum amount you are willing to pay for a single click on your ad. This is your “bid.”
The Actual Cost Per Click: The actual amount you are charged for a click,is often less than your maximum bid. It depends on the auction dynamics and the bids of other sellers for the same ad placements. You’ll usually pay just enough to win the placement over the next highest bidder.
Budget Control: You have full control over your advertising budget. You set a daily or lifetime budget for your campaigns, ensuring you don’t spend more than you are comfortable with.Once your budget is exhausted, your ads will typically stop running until
the next budget cycle (for daily budgets) or until the lifetime budget is reached.
When starting with Sponsored Products, it’s wise to:
Start with a manageable budget: Don’t feel pressured to spend a lot initially. Begin with a budget you’re comfortable with and gradually increase it as you see results.
